Individual Adult Counselling is a process by which clients are invited to look at their emotions. behaviour and lifestyle in an honest, supportive and non-judgemental space. It is an opportunity to learn strategies to help express, communicate, change and modify their daily life decisions to improve the quality of their life.

Parent Support aims to provide knowledge, guidance, tools and emotional support, all without judgment or bias. Parent Support focusses on how you as the parent affect the dynamic of your family.
Parent Support aims to help to:
~Teach and reinforce therapeutic skills, strategies and appropriate responses
~Understand and empathize with your children to improve communication
~Help navigate and solve family problems
~Identify, label and address overwhelming emotions in response to a child’s behaviour and bring new perspective to light
Family Counselling addresses persistent problem within the family unit and not just with individuals. Family Counselling can help navigate conflict amongst family members and children, help mediate conflict and involve the entire family in creating an effective solution.
Family Counselling can help to:

Couples Therapy aims to guide a couple to improve how to interact in their relationship. Couples Counselling will provide a safe environment for couples to identify problems in their relationship and work together to change things.
The goal of Couples Therapy is to:

Phone Call
In the comfort of your own space, your session can be done via phone call. This can be very freeing if you suffer from social anxiety, introversion or shyness, as well as if you are ill or injured and feel uncomfortable with being in a video counselling session.
Virtual
In the comfort of your own space, virtual counselling can be done anywhere and anytime! This eliminates travel time, it is less time consuming, you can connect from wherever you are located and has greater accessibility for those with physical limitations. Please contact for availability.
