Counselling Fees are in accordance to the recommended fee schedule of the BCACC. Fees for letters/reports are additional and will vary.
Infinity Child & Family Counselling accepts credit card, and e-transfers. A detailed receipt will be provided upon payment. We do not provide direct billing, it is up to the Client to submit receipts to their insurance provider.

Counselling and Coverage
Many Counselling Services are covered by your extended benefits package or by your health insurance. Please check with your provider prior to your appointment to find out what your plan covers, as every plans can vary depending on the provider.
After your session, you will be provided with an insurance-friendly receipt that includes all the information about your practitioner, the service provided, and the amount paid via email. This receipt can be submitted to your insurance company by you for reimbursement.
If you have no coverage, the receipts are still useful for income tax use.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and/or rescheduling outside of a 24-hour period are acceptable
Within a 24-hour period, you will be charged 100% of the session fee.
A Credit Card will be put on file for this matter.
